60-day money back guarantee
Products need to be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that they were received to be considered for a refund. All refunds are exclusive of delivery costs. Any refunds requested after 60 days from receipt of the product will have to be declined through company policy. (Excepting extenuating circumstances which may have been pre-arranged and accepted by Mary Read Ltd). Refunds will be credited to the customer's bank account/card, PayPal or Google account (depending on how the initial transaction was completed) within 7 days of receipt of the product.
The product will be picked up at your convenience and brought back to ourselves. When we have received the product you will be refunded by which method you originally paid.
Please note:
All refunds will exclude our delivery and pickup costs of:
- £25 for the UK
- £75 throughout Europe
- £140 US and other
For monies to be refunded, the product must have been received by Mary Read Ltd, and found to be in good condition. Where the product is found to be damaged in any way, which is not consistent with the normal use of the product then a full refund cannot be given. It may be prudent for the purchaser to photograph the product before its return, thereby ensuring against dismissal of the claim for refund due to damage incurred in return transit.
Simply call our office on +44 (0) 1949 838383 or email sales@britebox-led.com and state that you require a refund on your product. Please give your details (name, invoice number or post code) and a convenient week day (and collection address if different from the delivery address) for us to arrange the collection from you. The collection driver will bring a label for the box.
2 year full warranty on components and mouldings
Products are guaranteed for all parts for the term of 2 years. If any of the parts, whether electrical or material, are found to be faulty within 2 years then Mary Read Ltd are obliged to: a) Pick up the faulty product and replace with another, at no extra cost to the customer. b) Pick up the faulty product and refund the customer their money back, including delivery costs. Replacement of a faulty product will be within 10 days of our notification by the purchaser of their faulty product.
None of the above affects your statutory rights under UK law.
